Effective
Communication

Effective communication is a key interpersonal skill and learning how we can improve ourcommunication has many benefits. Communication is a two way process, so improvingcommunication involves both how we send and receive messages.

1a: Communication Skills at work

This hands-on personal effectiveness and communication training course focuses on all of the critical elements, allowing you to leave the course with a plan to build your self-confidence and improve your communication techniques. You will also take away tips, techniques and templates to support you in implementing your communication skills back in the workplace.

1b: Introduction to Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)

This course will help you become more confident, persuasive and influential within the workplace or business environment by improving your verbal and non-verbal communications using Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) methods and patterns.  You will learn to use NLP in order to cultivate productive behaviour, develop positive business relationships and successful teams.

1c: Creating working Relationships through Networking

Networking will effectively optimise your influencing reach, enhance external resources and synergise your knowledge with talented individuals. This course will help you recognise the strategies and behaviours required to create and maintain strong networks.

1d: Communication Skills in the 21st Century

Our customers and colleagues deserve communication that saves them time, is effective for their needs and uses the most effective method for getting your message across – right first time – and fit for purpose. That means excellent listening skills and using the wide variety of communication media available in today’s modern environment.

1e: Communicating for Impact

Do you struggle to get your message across? Do you find that sometimes your message doesn’t hit the right spot but you’re unsure why? Would you like to adjust your style to meet the needs of your varied target audiences and colleagues? This course will help your communication meets the needs of everyone to ensure goals and targets can be

Personal Effectiveness

Personal effectiveness is a branch of the self-help movement dealing with success, goals, and related concepts. Personal effectiveness integrates some ideas from “the power of positive thinking” and positive psychology

2a: Can Do Attitude

We all have internal conversations with ourselves. I can’t do that, it won’t work if I do it, I couldn’t talk to them etc … You are right but this is often a self-fulfilling prophecy; you think you can’t so you don’t. This workshop helps with focus techniques to change those tunes playing in your head to, I can and yes, the self-fulfilling prophecy helps again to ensure it happens, “I can so I will”.

2b: Working assertively

This course takes delegates from discovering what assertiveness is, to modeling and practicing how to be assertive, to becoming assertive in situations where you need it. This assertiveness training course is highly interactive, practical and yet supportive. It uses many different forms of learning to develop assertiveness skills and lift self-confidence to enable you to work more effectively.

2c: Working positively with Resilience

This course addresses the connection between resilience and our ability to work positively. It explores how managing and sustaining optimum levels of pressure can deliver sustainable and positive performance.

2d: Planning for Effective Meetings

This workshop will show you how to get more interaction, enthusiasm and commitment from your meetings than you thought possible. Looking at some core skills when planning, preparing and conducting meetings we can help you to stop wasting valuable time and hold meetings that matter to all.

2e: Building Confidence

This course is led in a safe, informal, supportive and interactive environment – giving individuals tools and models to help them gain confidence and increase their presence in both the workplace and in life.

Participants will be shown and be able to experiment with different tools and techniques that can easily into their lives to gain the confidence they desire. They will learn about taking more chances and raising their own presence. Participants will work with the facilitator and each other, sharing experiences and learnings to enhance their knowledge and use of the tools.

At the end of the course, you will create your own personal development plan, which will identify the key elements you want to change and the way you want to set about changing them

Coaching Courses

Coaching is a form of development in which a person called a coach supports a learner or client in achieving a specific personal or professional goal by providing training and guidance.

3a: Developing an effective Coaching style

Mentoring someone, passing on wisdom and experience, enables them to grow. It builds competence and capability. In this session, you will decide on the best style to use when you mentor others.

3b: Coaching for results

In today's rapidly changing business climate, coaching is an essential management skill. On this workshop, you will learn the latest essential skills and techniques required to work as an inspirational coach

3c: Coaching Skills

Coaching is a skill we can all use whether we lead people or work alongside others. Letting go of the way we believe to be right can be the biggest obstacle for a coach. Our own desire to tell people how to do something rather than let them find their own way can stifle personal development. This session will help you develop questioning techniques and work to a simple structure to produce successful results.

3d: Enhance your coaching through NLP

In today’s fast-paced and rapidly-changing business environment, coaching is becoming even more essential as a management tool. The more we can develop and encourage our people the more valuable they will become - they will achieve outcomes, solve problems creatively and embrace change. 

3e: Coaching your sales team

This one-day interactive workshop will give you invaluable and proven coaching tools and techniques to enable you to empower and motivate your sales team to achieve greater results.
